We deliver throughout South Africa. At checkout, please choose one of the delivery methods shown.
Important: Free shipping applies to Standard Courier only. PUDO Locker to Locker is a separate delivery option and remains R75, even when your order is over R1,500.
Standard Courier
- Orders under R1,500: R110.
- Orders of R1,500 or more: FREE Standard Courier.
- Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 working days, depending on your location and courier operations.
- Tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
PUDO Locker to Locker
- Flat rate: R75.
- PUDO is not part of the free shipping offer.
- If you want PUDO, select PUDO Locker to Locker - R75 at checkout.
- Before checkout, add your preferred PUDO locker address and cellphone number in the Order notes / PUDO locker details box in your cart.
- PUDO is available on suitable products and orders only.
- We generally drop PUDO parcels off in batches approximately every second business day, so dispatch may take a little longer than standard courier.
PUDO exclusions: Bulky, overweight or restricted items are not eligible for PUDO. This includes the 4 x 5L Lotion Pack. If a selected PUDO order is not suitable once packed, we will contact you to arrange standard courier delivery instead.
