Refund policy

At Tabard Equine, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note the following:

  • We do not accept returns on used goods for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Defective products will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately.

  • All return and exchange requests must be submitted by email to hello@tabardequine.co.za within 3 working days of receiving your order.

  • If you’re unsure about a product, feel free to reach out to us before purchasing for more details.

We are committed to resolving any issues with defective products fairly and promptly.
