Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Tabard Equine, we strive to provide excellent service and a smooth shopping experience. If you need to cancel your order, please refer to the policy below, which includes important details on timeframes and cancellation fees.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Window: You can request to cancel your order within 3 to 5 hours of placing it. This timeframe is crucial to allow us to process your cancellation before we proceed with shipping.

  • Cancellation Fee: All cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, which covers processing and transaction costs. The fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please email us at hello@tabardequine.co.za with your order number and cancellation request within the specified timeframe.

  • After Dispatch: Once your order has been shipped or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for assistance.


2. Subscription and Recurring Orders

  • Subscription Cancellation: If you have signed up for any recurring orders or subscriptions, you may cancel at any time, provided the cancellation request is made before the next billing cycle.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items, such as used goods or special orders, may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund. Please carefully review the product details before completing your purchase.


4. Faulty or Defective Items

5. Refund Process

  • Approved Cancellations: If your cancellation is approved within the 3-5 hour window, your refund will be processed minus the 10% cancellation fee.
